Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.

If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Ending These Terms

This section explains when and how IIM Academic Pvt. Ltd. and you may terminate the agreement and your access to Beaver Jackpot:Golden Timber.
